Text within a family

I am struggling to get this family to work, and may have gone about creation completely wrong... The P in my pressure gauge shows correctly in 1/8" plans but in 1/4" enlarged plans it shoots way out in space.

Can someone help me here, im still quite the novice at creating Revit families. I have a project going out E.O.D. and this is required for it.

Hi there, the label is moving because it is not constrained. I've aligned and locked it to the centre mark on the circle and it now stays in place.  I've attached the family.  I hope this helps.  Cheers.
