I don't work in the MEP Fabrication sphere so my knowledge is limited on the topic.
MEP fabrication sort of groups multiple design categories (Duct, Fitting, Accessory) all into one blanket Tag category. As part of that you're likely going to lose some baseline labelling since the list of parameters will become generalized.
I see that you can add Shared Parameters into the label family. First question - is the Inset in the fire damper a Shared Parameter?
If it isn't you'll have to figure out how to push the Inset data from the fabrication part into the Shared Parameter you're using to label the Inset.
