Tags and schedules

I want to create a schedule of a roof drains and want to name such as RD-01, RD-02 , ......... and etc  with the flow rates.

How can I do it? Which tag category want to be used?  after that how I create a schedule including data such as roof area, flow rate, pipe size and etc.

Please help me.

tag categories need to match the family category

shared parameters need to be included in the family to report to the schedule

shared parameters need to be included in the schedule fields
