Does anyone know why when I create a system and apply all the equipment that I have on that system that the equipment is not transferring from the default to the system designation?

So you're issue is renaming the system? It won't go from say, "Default Air system 1" to say, VAV-101?

Let me know some more detail if this isn't correct. I've had some issues too with renaming systems and having them pop back to the default name for some reason. I believe its just a little glitch.

My problem related to my supply air system and it would move to the supply air but then it would also remain in the Default air system under the unassigned portion of the System Browser. I figured it out this morning the VAV that I was trying to move is part of two systems that are connected meaning that VAV is the Equipment for the Air Terminals and the VAV is also a sub component of the Air handler. So when I assigned it to both the Air terminals and then to the VAV it moved form the Unassigned to the mechanical systems list.

Ok. I see, so apparently it was just looking for a first order piece of equipment as well. Glad you got it all straightened out!
