Hello,

I've been struggeling with a Duct system color and it's filters.

Inside the duct system are 'fire dampers' (not sure if it's the right translation). Those Duct accessories automatically take over the color which is applied to the system and in a filter.

There are some elements in this family though, that shouldn't change color when applied into the system.

Those elements on this duct accessory are supposed to be black, but when i connect the accessory to a system, they automatically change to the red color that has been applied in the filter and system.

Is it possible to have some elements not change their color even though they get connected to a filtered system?

I also noticed that if i take the Duct accessories out of the filter, they become white and still don't get the black colors that i put in the family.

attached the screens i made

Hi)

If you want to make this elements black, when you connect it with system, you should make them with attribute "Shared"

you can try to write an "exclusion" in the filter. And exclude the accessory based on a parameter in that accessory.

in this case "Does Not Contain"... is our exclusion for the supply air duct filter.
