Synching issue

Hi my coworker and I are working on different locals off of our central model. When she tries to synch with the central file she gets this error window. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

first confirm the both of you are using the same version (build number) of Revit.

are you both creating a new local file when opening the model?

are you both trying t oSync at the same time?

do you both use the same process when Syncing and relinquishing?

each week i delete or rename my old local files and folders from my C:\ folder to remove any issues that may build up over the course of the week.
