Survey point different coordinates

Good morning,

I have some questions about the survey point.

I have received 2 projects(via manage links linked) B and C (seen in the photo) from the architect.
It seems that the survey point has a difference.
I have now drawn my Mechanical installations and I want to upload them in a BIM Viewer(Dalux). It turns out that the mine installations (W in the photo) are not at the right height (photo added).

I have contacted Dalux and apparently they work with Survey point. So this must be equal.

How can I solve this? Since I never have to change the survey point in my project (it always remains fixed by the architect).

Acquire coordinates from the linked model,

or Publish Coordinates.
