Surge Protection (Need blank space in Panel Schedule)

I need surge protection on circuits 3, 5, and 7.  Under normal conditions the current is zero so it does not effect the load calculations. What's the best way to go about and do this?  I could place and hide a piece of electrical equipment in the model, set it to zero for the voltage/current etc. and circuit it on 3 phase and then type in the information on the panel schedule for circuits 3, 5, and 7. But I would have random electrical equipment in my model since the actual surge protection is in the panel.  If anyone has experience with this or something similar I would appreciate some advice.  Thanks.

I add a provisional space and rename it "SHUNT TRIP" when I have to something similar to your issue

How do you rename the provisional space? In my template I have the parameter set to 'Load Name' so it doesn't let me type text in. Thanks for your help!

So I have mine set to load name as well. Under my electrical setting, Panel schedules, I have entered values for "SPARE" AND "PROVISIONAL SPACE". Maybe that opens it up to manually change the name after you select it. I also know that I can change a "SPARE" name and adjust the breaker size if needed to show some equipment but it would not have a load or kva associated with it.
