Spare Panel Circuit Custom Parameter

Hello,

I am wondering how to make a custom parameter editable when using "spare" breaker in revit.

I have a field for manually entering wire sizes. When I assign a spare, I can change all of the parameters but not this custom field. It automatically populates with "--" and is not adjustable. Is this possible?
