Serious Error has occurred

I'm getting a serious error has occured when trying to open a document. Below is a part of the journal file that has error in it but I can't figure out whats going on. We just started getting this with one model.

So far I've had errors opening files in the mechanical and technology department. I'm going to get the tech journal file and compare them.

I've had some luck with uninstalling and reinstalling the AutoDesk Desktop App. One person expriencing this error also mentioned that they had issues with the Desktop App so they uninstalled and reinstalled it and they were able to get into their project again. It has worked with me aswell, but I'm skeptical until I try it on more computers.

Edit: person number 3 the above process worked.
