Seeing Objects Above View Range W/O Changing the View Range

Hi All,

I was hoping to find a way to see objects that are hosted above my View Range in Revit without adjusting my view range (it also needs to be permanent so Temporary View Properties isn't what I'm asking about) for that plan view. My Dilemma is this, There is a certain area in my lighting plan view that I want to see a higher view range in because I have a Higher ceiling in that area with lights hosted to that higher ceiling (hosted @ 3' Above LVL 2). I don't want to adjust my View Range for the whole plan because that will show other objects in that View Range that I don't want to see. I could always just do that then hide everything I don't want to see, But I had thought There was a way that I can use a scope box, or some form of a scope box (section box or... I dont know something) where I can create it in my plan, then adjust the view range associated with that "Box" to what ever I'd like. I think I had used this once before at another job, but I can't remember how. Anyways, Below in red is the area I'm referring to where I want to see a view range that's 3' above LVL 2.  Any Help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a plan region?

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
