Scope Box not showing properly

The "Site Plan" scope box is not going all the way down as needed. I cannot edit it or adjust the scope box to show the whole building. In an overall site plan, the scope box does show the whole building inside the "Site Plan" scope box

Open a different view, not associated with any scope box, uncropped it so that you can select the Site Plan scope box and stretch it to the size you need.
