I don't think you are going to get an exact schedule like that out of revit unless you program some custom stuff in the API.

But I did get the schedule shown in the attachment.  If nothing else, having this automatically generated may make it easier to fill out your panel schedule.

I made a schedule of "Electrical Circuits", added Panel, Count, Rating, and Number of Poles.  (I think I had to add Title, count and totals on the Sorting/Grouping properties before I got the option to add Count.)

Sort/Group by Panel & check the Header.  Then Sort by Number of Poles, and then Rating.  Check Grand Totals, and uncheck "Itemize every instance."

Of course you can add other things like the Main Breaker Size, AIC rating, and such.

It seems like it would have to be an electrical equipment schedule. I need info like MCB or MLO amps also

You can create an embedded schedule.

If you choose the electrical circuits, get the needed options there, and you'll see another tab in the options which is called Embedded.

This is a very nifty feature to get a schedule in a schedule and will only work for certain categories:

  • Rooms
  • Spaces
  • Duct systems
  • Piping Systems
  • Electrical circuits

This way you can combine certain information. Although it is not possible to get the result you're looking for from these sorts of schedules. But it is possible to export these schedules to Excel via CSV.
