Scale light switch in the electrical lighting plan

Hello All. 

As you can see here, the lighting switch is small, How can scale it without modify the 3D model? 

When I click on it, it does not show the scale command.

The symbol should be an annotation family nested in the light switch family.  Look at an OOTB family se how it is done.

Thanks bu I can't see in the Edit family section the annotation symbol.

If it is an annotation symbol, you will only see it in plan, not in any 3d views.
