Rotating a building to the project north.

Hello Revit users,

Thank you for stopping by,

I recieved this complex buildings from the architect, where I will set it up in our complany HVAC-MEP template.

How should I turn the building to project North when the building is rotated and the north is up ?

How to align the building horizontaly,  I know I should not use the rotate command  otherwise  coordination points will change.

and rotation project north command gives only 180 and 90 degrees except the alignement to selection plane command that does nothing.

Thank you in advance,

if the Architects setup the coordinates properly, you should be able to Acquire Coordinates from the Architectural model.

if the building is in the proper coordinate location, and the Angle to True North is set in your project base point, you just set your view Orientation to Project North and the building should rotate.
