RME to FAB without installing CADmep

In general, we use the latest version of CADmep. However, we use whatever version of Revit the design team used. Therefore if we are using CADmep 2018 then Revit 2016 will not have the RME to FAB function.

I'm wondering how I can get this loaded without installing CADmep 2016 which we wouldn't be using?
