Revit Tag Family with adjustable ellipse leader head

Is there a better way to tag one conduit in a run but adjust the ellipse to all the conduits you want to include, opposed to tagging one conduit and manually drawing an ellipse? See attachment for a general idea.

You can only change the overall size of the packaged leader arrowheads. If you can live with that, you can make different tag types that utilize the larger versions of the arrowhead. Personally, I find that the larger arrowheads get cumbersome at best as they get larger. I usually overlap similar tags in the same place and have multiple leaders.
