Revit Systems Analysis yields no result and no Eplusout.err file is created

I am able to run the energy model and get analysis from Insight but even with the model simple model (one room/zone and 1 floor) I can’t get an hvac load calculation result.  The error message says “EnergyPlus simulation did not generate a report for systems analysis in Revit ”.  The troubleshooting guidance is to consult the eplusout.err file saved at %temp% but I don’t get that file.  Running Revit 2022.

There are several posts on this same issue if you do a quick search on the forum. There is also an Autodesk troubleshooting page. Processor type seems to be the problem.
