Hi there,
I'm pretty new to Revit and I have been asked to draft a steel frame for toilet/urinal carriers based on the attached images and I will also have to create mechanical equipment skids etc in the future.
I've looked around for tutorials and I have played around trying to create these in a Revit Structural project and in the Family Editor. I'd like to be able to create a bill of materials which specifies the type of steel needed and what holes or notches must be added, the holes and notches and length of the steel frame will change from instance to instance though.
I'm pretty sure I can do this through the family editor and model groups but frankly I'm pretty lost and would appreciate any advice on where to even begin with this.
Thanks in advance!
