Revit Schedule

When I create a new schedule in Revit I can see the text when the revit schedule is on the sheet but when I try to edit the schedule itself the text disappears.

What version of revit? Have you ran an audit on the file? It is workshared then try compacting the file.

Is the schedule on the sheet a real schedule and not a key schedule or anything like that?

What version inc. updates? GPU drivers up to date? Does it happen to all schedules, and all projects?

Revit Version: R2026.2
Hardware: i9 14900K, 64GB, Nvidia RTX 2000 Ada 16GB
Add-ins: ElumTools; Ripple-HVAC; ElectroBIM; Qbitec

It is Revit 2023.  The GPU drivers are up to date.  It does not happen with all files, with the same version I opened another file and the text appears in the schedule.  So i'm thinking it's just a setting with this particular file.

Also need the exact SP/patch version (i.e. 2023.2.1). Were the projects created on the same PC/version? If this is work-shared, Revit needs everyone on the very same version. If you have access to another PC with Revit, try it there.

Edit: if you aren't on the latest R2023, update to the latest patches.

Just spit-balling here. But the exact circumstances and history of that specific file may be helpful narrowing it down.

Hello,

To check, the color of the font is white?

The issue seems to have resolved itself.  I'm not exactly sure what fixed it.  I noticed after I had linked in an updated background from the architect the text appears in the schedule.  Thanks to all for the feedback.
