Routinely having problems with a specific file only partially downloading in Autodesk Docs via the Desktop Connector app. We found a way to force Desktop Connector to download by unchecking "always keep on the device" and "free up space" then we select always keep on this device but this particular file will start downloading then it just stalls out all the while says everything is up to date when pulling up the status monitor in the task bar.
