Revit Link not cutting in section

I have a structural model linked in to my architectural and I cannot cut the link in my sections. All I can see is the elevation of the relative view, any ideas anyone?

Is the structural model a CAD file?  If so this will not cut.  Here is a possible solution if its a cad file. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...
