revit licenses and serial numbers not working

we have a subscription and have renewed the license, 2016 still works and 2017 works but 2015 and 2014 which we need for previous projects have stopped working saying the license has expired and when I have tried to reinstall them it says the serial number is wrong, i have logged into the main account and the website says it cannot find the serial number for past versions contact customer support which brings me to this time consuming process, i have tried the serial numbers listed under last years subscription but it says those are wrong aswell, any ideas?

thanks

Have you changed from Revit as an individual product to a suite-based license?

Best bet is to call your reseller, they can do a serial number history for you. Autodesk licensing now allows you to use the current release and 3 prior release (ex. 2017 allows back to 2014) for any product that is/was covered under subscription. If the licenses were not covered, you should still be able to use them back to 2014 provided you have a valid license number.

Call the reseller first before you call Autodesk - that may be quicker.

thanks - db

+1 on contacting the reseller.  Pertaining to my own question and the previous versions entitlement, if the new license is a suite license and a desired previous version never existed as a suite there isn't any previous license that can be issued regardless of entitlement.  There was a similar problem with the line of civil products.  In that case you'll need to work with your reseller and/or support to see if you are entitled to a non-suite license for the older product version.
