Revit freezes on activating mechanical settings command

Hi, I'm currently having issues loading the Mechanical Settings (MS) dialogue box in Revit. As soon as I activate the command, Revit freezes. I have installed several versions of Revit - 2023, 2022, and 2020 - the problem persists.

I also cannot access the Materials dialogue box. It simply won't open - as if I did not activate any command. It is the same across the three Revit versions that I have installed.

I'm suspecting it's my graphics card. I wouldn't know if someone else has experienced a similar problem. I would appreciate your suggestions and solutions.

It sounds like the dialog boxes may be off screen.

Thanks for the response. Do you know how I can get them onto the screen, if that's the problem?

I had gone through all the dialog boxes on the manage tab, all of them loads properly, asides the two. The only other one that has a slight issue is the Connection Settings under the structural settings drop-down. It takes a while to load, but it loads up eventually.

Materials dialog don't respond, Mechanical Settings won't load, but freezes the entire software. It just keeps rolling the small circle...

Materials might be a different problem.

Try playing with your display settings, change the resolution to see if that brings the other ones back.
