Revit Export to gbXML

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a very simple Architecture model (attached) which I am analysing for my education purposes. I have tried to export the REVIT model to gbXML format so I can import this into the green building studio for energy analysis. Everything is created i.e spaces etc. If you could try and exporting it to gbXML and attaching it back would be highly appreciated

Please find two files attached. The BASELINE export is without Thermal Properties included and the other one is with thermal properties included.
