Go to manage.autodesk.com There you can find all downloads related to Revit.
Click on your Revit version, Downloads and choose Updates & Add-ons. Here will the db link tool live.
It came as part of the 2018 Revit install.
I changed my environment and everything to 64bit. Required if you want to export/import to MS Access – also needs to be 64bit >2010 – I have MS Access 2016 64bit.
Have you found the link to download DB Link 2018? I am also having trouble finding it.

I wonder why the DB link program was removed from the Autodesk App Store?
Is there any new solutions for ODBC to connect excel sheets with Revit elements?
