Revit 2023.1.1 pipe does not inherit elevation

I am experiencing a very annoying problem where when I draw a new pipe from the end of an existing pipe, it does not inherit the existing pipe's elevation even when I push the "Inherit elevation" button or press "Space". My Revit version is 2023.1.1 and it only started today. Could it be a bug in the new version?

I may have found out why this was happening. I was running with a high precision in my units settings rounding for Length with 0,0000001 precision in mm. This I do to detect very small deviations from intended elevations and slightly angled pipes, because the geometry of pipes is not stable and sometimes i find that pipes move by a fraction of a millimeter.
When I changed the rounding to the standard in drop-down menu of 0,1, the elevations started to be inherited again as intended.

I did some testing around this, but I'm not sure if this is the exact workflow.  When I connect a pipe to another at a different elevation and Inherit Elevation is enabled, it won't update the elevation as I move the cursor away in a straight line.  If I move off of the projection line a little, the elevation updates.  Is this what you're seeing?

Thanks,

Eric
