Revit 2018 - Modifying Duct Velocity Legend Color Scheme

I have a view containing a duct velocity legend that has to have the velocity range modified. I can modify the "At Least" column but the "Less Than" column is grayed out.

How do I modify the "Less Than" column?

You don't.

The less than values in the right cells are automatically the same as the value in the cell below to the left so in the example below the ranges would be:

0 to 0.99

1 to 1.99

2 to 2.99

3 to 3.99

4 and above.

If it didn't work like that then there would be gaps in your ranges and then what colour would apply to anything which landed in those gaps?
