Revisions with Same Numbering but Different Date & Description

I am working in Revit 2023 and I was wondering if I can have two of the same revision but the date and description is different. For example, I already have a Revision #1 for issue date 12/22/2022 and I need another Revision #1 for issue date 01/27/2023. Both have different descriptions. See image attachment

That doesn't make sense and breaks every rule of document control in my experience.

Each item should have a unique number.

You can cheat by adding some stupid kinda parameter. But @iainsavage is 100% correct. Don't do that.
