Revision row not showing up in Revision Schedule in Title Block

Hi,

I am working on a project where I have used an architect provided title block family. The title block family has a schedule for the revisions in the project. The architect has decided to use this same schedule to show the pre-revision milestones on it (DD, CD phase). These do not have any cloud or tag associated with them.

In my project where I have this title block family loaded and used on a sheet, the first row of the Sheet Issues/ Revisions window shows up but the second and onwards will not show up.

Attached is the snippet of what is happening.

Any solutions to this challenge?

In the sheet properties, click in Revisions on Sheet to open the following screen:

The check the desired revisions
