Does anyone know why PDF export is not printing text correctly, while Printing does?

Revit '25.

Print

and mind you I have a bunch of 'random' issues like this between BOTH operations, using Bluebeam PDF and nothing is obvious as to why this is happening. Repairing Windows itself seems to have fixed any issue with the Print button.

Is this in some schedule or just text?

Revit doesn't wrap text correctly in schedules (inc. keynote schedules). it looks good in Revit, but not in PDF. but this doesn't seem to be the problem. However, yo need to explain what it is you are showing (i.e. plain text??)

i have seen this happen in my office, not sure exactly why. but what i can narrow it down to is when you "Export" your are not specifying a driver. you are using the built-in driver. when you Print to PDF you are selecting a specific printer (PDF Driver) to print to. Not all PDF's are the same....

Also have you tried different Viewers (Acrobat vs Bluebeam vs PDFXChange, etc...)? I have seen the viewer make a difference too.
