any way to purge unuse pipe segment which is not use in any pipe rounting prefernces ?

You can delete them, you'll get a warning if its in use:

You can also use a schedule to identify which ones are used in your pipe types but you need to place at least one pipe of each type in the model in order to get the schedule to populate:
