Problem with Fitting Annotations (specially caps)

Hi, so:

In our office we've been changing revit versions for the better and I'm at the current version of Revit 2023. While we had a problem with Pipe Accesories annotations changing sizes, now the problem is with Pipe Fittings, specially cap fittings (others are completely ok).

Whenever I connect it to a pipe (right side) the size changes, and when I disconnect it, it comes back to normal. Both instances are with the Annotative Scale on, mind you.

I want to change the family itself, but even with redoing the annotations from scratch the problem persists. Do you know a variable that affects annotations when connecting?

Right now is not a problem, but whenever we plot our project, those details will eat me alive

Thank you if you respond

Hello,

Are you using model lines to create the annotations?

I used both Model Lines and Detail Lines on it, both work the same

However, I've noticed now that the main problem seems to be relating the notation size with the conection size. Although it seems to work for other fittings, whenever I make the family dependant to another pipe it seems to go down in scale, while the free drawn model/detail line stays the same size

I'll test it more tomorrow

Hello,

Can you share a sample file?
