I lost the cord from the screen, and after that the PC rebooted, now it throws an error something stupid that there was an unexpected closing of the Revit program
I submit a bug report and it still doesn't take me further into the project

If you're PC rebooted while you had a model open, there was an "Unexpected Closing of the program".  Can you reopen the model?

You could re-open the file with the Audit option ticked, see if that gives you any information.

There should also be an error log which might give some clues.

There should also be a backup file which would take you back to the last saved state.

No I can not. I'm working with a cloud model and for some reason it can't
be opened exclusively on this device.
I have already reinstalled Revit, cleaned the crap, nothing helps
In conclusion opens a dialog box with this error

Can you open other projects in the Cloud?

  • I'm assuming your using BIM360 or one of the ACC tools?

Depending on the Revit version, do you have Desktop Connector loaded on your PC?

Have you been invited to the Project?

So are you saying that a model saved in the cloud will not open?

Are there other users on the project and can they open the model?

Presumably you are not trying to open a local copy?
