Printing coming out blurry

In the image attached, these areas on my printed mechanical sheets are coming out blurry. Why is that? Is it something in the family of the title block I assume? What should I do to look into it?

Low res images/logos??

How does it look in Revit? How does it look on PDF and how were PDF created? 

Does the rest of the sheet look as expected?

What format are the images in (PNG, JPG, TIF, etc..)?

I have had issues using PNG's in the past. I have much better results with JPG's or TIF's.
