Some of the sanitary pipe in plan view only shows cross line as shown on picture.
I want the pipe all shows like this.
How can I solve this problem?

Check the detail settings of your view (fine, medium or coarse) and check your ris/drop symbol settings for your system.
This might be different for sanitary than for some of your other systems

Is it possible to remove the cursor/plus, instead of the rise/drop symbol?
Or is it possible to adjust the line thickness of the cursor?

The centre line was thick even if the pipe were not cut.

@waldo9QBRP Pipes are not cuttable elements.so they just have projection line weight

Adjust the overrides for rise drop symbols:-

In visibility/graphics overrides, hide the centerline.
