could you please give me a solution to the question from the attached picture? In the attached file you will find the family, I want to mentioned that I work with Revit 2015.

Attached is the updated family that i think does what you are looking for.  If not please clarify what you are trying to do.  One thing to mention is i don't have 2015 so the family is in 2016.
