Panel schedules and Sequence of Operations (SOO) scenarios.

I would like to show two, or more, panel schedule scenarios of the same ATS fed panel. One version shows the loading under normal power operations, the other would show a different loading under generator power as certain loads would be switched to standby mode per the SOO. What combination of electrical equipment/ fixture parameters and panel schedule editing would I have to do to accomplish something like this?

Has anybody tinkered with attempting to show two of the same panel schedule with the same equipment connected but with different operations scenarios enabled? I would really like to stick with using the revit automation instead of having to do the manual workaround.

Have you tried using project phases?

Project phases doesn't work. That topic has been tossed around with no solution since 2014, I checked. The only thing that will work is demolish, but that won't meet the requirements.
