Orient to View - call out

how to create a 3d view from view resulting from orientinting-to-view a call-out view? thank you much for your time!

1. Make sure you know the name of the call out view.

2. Create a 3D view.

3. in the 3D view go to the view cube & right click on the little house.

4. Choose Orient to View then the view title from  the right click menu.
