Numbering circuits

I would like to know if it's possible to number the electrical circuits in sequence. For example, I have 3 electrical panels, with panels "Q2" and "Q3" being subordinate to panel "Q1." I would like the circuits to start with "Q1," continue the numbering in "Q2," and continue in "Q3" as well. So "Q1" would have circuits numbered from 1 to 10, "Q2" would have circuits numbered from 11 to 20, and "Q3" would have circuits numbered from 21 to 30.

If Q2 is made as a feed through panel from Q1, and Q3 is made a feed through panel from Q2, then yes.
