Intel Core I7, 16 Gb RAM, Nvidia GeForce MX150 2Gb.
Is there enough power for comfortable work with Revit 17 or 18?

it should be okay for small or small-medium projects. Make sure it has a SSD.

If you are working with small and medium size models it should run fine.
With large complex models autodesk recommands 32 GB of RAM.
