Nested Generic Annotation Family line weight different from family

Hello all,

I have made a Generic Annotation Family symbol for a pipe fitting. Then nested it in a pipe fitting family. More specifically I have added a clean out symbol to the pipe cap family. It works great however the lightweight is wrong it does not match the line weight of other pipe fittings. I have tired changing the line weight of annotations, object styles in both the pipe fitting family and generic annotation family with no luck. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Thank you

View settings override project settings override family settings.  Either the project or view(s)/template(s) have the weight/object style set to a different value than the family.

Thanks for the help do you know what the name of the object style I would be looking for is? The symbol is made up for Lines(Generic Annotations).

Both my view and project object styles for generic annotation is set to lowest line weight.

Thanks

I finally found the problem the piping system set line weight was changing the annotation line weight and pipe line weight.
