need to add contour lines and they do not appear in my project

Hey all, I'm struggling to import some contour files in my EMP project. They simply do not appear in my project. I've tried everything, since managing links, enabling / disabling the "show hidden elements" button and selecting the hidden objects to turn visible, using the VG command and selecting the respective properties to make them visible, unloading files and loading them all over again. I just don't know what to do anymore and time is flying... does someone could help me with this, please? The contour lines file is already loaded and it's shown when I enable to show the hidden elements... they just don't show in my project as soon as I disable this option... thank you very much

I've no idea what you are meaning - some screenshots of what you expect to see would help.
