Need Suggestions for selecting an AVA software for cost planning

Hello everyone,

I am a student . I am doing a report on- "cost planning of technical equipment construction" in Germany.

I am looking for suggestions for an AVA software which can support IFC exported from Revit.

My current options are ORCA AVA , RIB iTWO , VICO office. I am having a hardtime deciding on which software to go for. 

Inputs from the software users will be of great help to my report.
