I WANT EXACTLY THAT KIND OF MODIFICATION CAN ANYBODY SHARE ANY TEMPLATE RESEMBLE WITH THIS SCHEDULE IMAGE ATTACHED BELOW

A couple of things;

1. Take it easy on the Caps-Lock
2. The forums are not here to do your work for you. We will assist you when you are stuck, or have questions on how to complete a task. But we will not just give you our templates.
3. Have you even tried to make your own panel schedule, or do you just want us to do the work for you? Referring you back to #2.

There are plenty of companies out there that will provide you with Setup Templates, I recommend you check with them.
