navis export is halftone

when i tried to export my file from revit to navis it loads into navis weird. the best way i can describe it is its halftone or translucent.

It may be related to the Revit view used while exporting or Navis transparency defaults take a look at this article

so ive looked into several things on this, its not the navis transparency settings. it could be the navis export settings but i dont really know. ill attach a screen shot of what it looks like to me. a side note, if i just open the revit file directly in navis it looks fine.
