Multiple .maj import in Revit 2018.3 Help!

Hello guys, I'm in the middle of trying to get my spool team to convert to revit for the great spooling add ins, issue is the current workflow is fabrication based which is not an issue in cad mep but when I import an maj file and spool a system it works perfectly. Only issue is, I cannot import anymore maj's. Our company spools on a work order basis so a spool is broken up by levels and material. Any help on a work around or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Have two project files. One for spooling and one for importing.

1. import .MAJ into the importing file.

2. copy paste it into the spooling file.

3. delete it from the importing file.

4. repeat.
