Move circuits to new panel

Hello

I have panel with 200+ circuit connected to it. It has start working very very slow (example if want to move in plan one element that is connected to this panel, Revit freeze for about 30s).
I would like try to split panel into two. Is any way to move circuit 100-200 to new panel?

You'll have to do this one circuit at a time.
