You need to check and adjust your lineweight settings for those family categories.
You also seem to have the Thin Line toggle off (TL) so you see thick lines on screen - this is only a representation of line thickness, to see what it will actually look like do a test print/PDF.
Category for model text is Generic Model.
Examples:-
Note however that the lineweight number is just a number from 1 to 16 - the actual printed line thickness is controlled by Line Weight settings in Manage -> Additional Settings.
Example:
Oh and your 3D view doesn't seem to be aligned to the orthographic axes so the text and socket look as though they are slanting down to the right.
Thank you!
I turned off Thin line toggle off and the model Text is ok now.

That is not the solution - that only affects how it appears on screen but it has no effect on how it will print.
You need to adjust lineweight settings as I indicated and do a test print.
I've just realised that your screenshot was in the Family Editor mode.
Firstly you should go into and check or alter your actual line width settings on the Manage tab -> Additional Settings -> Line Weights.
Then go into Object Styles on the Manage tab and select an appropriate lineweight number for the family.
HOWEVER, these settings will then change once the family is loaded into a project and will be controlled by the project line weight settings.
