Mech. equipment maintanance zone to IFC

Hi.

I have touble preventing AHU maintanance zone from exporting to IFC. Pictures attached, what am I missing? Thanks.

The settings of the sub categories does not always work well. You can try few things.

Install the IFC2021 add-in from the app store and see if that improves things.

Or you might hide the clearance  zones (visibility graphics overrides) and then use the export 3D view option in the IFC export.
